Blagoveshchensk is a city of Russia, opposite to the Chinese city of Heihe in Heilongjiang province. Recently, many Chinese people have been seen wandering the city streets. It was said that at least 31 people have been roaming the streets for 12 days. The communist regime refuses their entry and even rewards those who report or help to arrest those who have returned.
On April 13, a Heilongjiang official issued a post on Weibo: All cities and prefectures will issue rewards to those who provide leads of illegal entry in border areas. The rewards are good for catching those who enter illegally via land and water. Once the leads are verified, the reporter will be rewarded RMB 3,000 ($425.27). A one-time reward of RMB 5,000 ($708.78) will be provided to those who catch the ones crossing the border illegally and hand them to the relevant department.
