An earthquake hit today near Edgefield, South Carolina but also near several towns in Georgia, including Augusta.
The 3.2 magnitude quake was seven miles west of Edgefield and 18 miles north-northeast of Evans, according to the U.S. Geological Service.
The quake was also about 20 miles from Augusta and 19 miles from Martinez.
It hit at a depth of 3.1 miles.
The quake comes after a 4.1 magnitude earthquake hit the area on Friday night.
