NICKI MINAJ MEA CULPA NUMBER TWO:     It seems that Nicki Minaj graduated from the school of it’s better to ask for forgiveness than for permission, after having to apologize for a second time for imagery associated with her music. First Minaj angered scores of African Americans after she used the image of esteemed civil rights spokesman MALCOLM X.  Now there are Nazi images within the animated video of her new single Only.  Minaj apologized in a tweet earlier today saying:  “I’d never condone Nazism in my art.”   She noted that she had nothing to do with the offensive imagery but that she considers herself responsible nonetheless.  The director of the video, Jeffery Osborne admits to being responsible for the imagery and offers up no apologies.
