With her newly released single “Hold It Against Me” at the top of several pop music charts, Britney Spears has made her comeback to the music industry with a bang.

“Hold It Against Me,” the first single of the singer’s upcoming 7th studio album scheduled to be released in March, was released on Jan. 10, and has slowly surpassed the previous record set by rising star Taylor Swift, according to Spears’ official website.

“Thanks to all my fans and all of the radio stations for playing HIAM! I am truly blessed… -Brit,” tweeted Spears one day after the new single’s premiere.

Currently, “Hold It Against Me” is sitting at the top of Billboard’s Hot 100, Digital Songs chart, Billboard’s Canadian Hot 100, and iTunes’ official song chart.

According to the Billboard, Spears is the second artist to “debut multiple songs at No. 1” after Mariah Carey.

“Seriously, I have the best fans ever. I love you all so much!!,” tweeted Spears to thank her fans.
