Bar Bolonat Launches Brunch

Owner and chef Einat Admony is introducing brunch at her restaurant Bar Bolonat starting this weekend.

Expect to find dishes like Green Shakshuka, made with leafy greens; and Middle Eastern grits, with poached egg, mushroom, spinach, and pickled enoki.

Brunch is served from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
