The Bachelor 2015 is almost completely filmed, with Bachelor Chris Soules reportedly already engaged to the winner. But the season is just starting tonight, at 8 p.m. EST on ABC.
The network provides a live stream for cable subscribers called ABC Go.
The premiere will last for three hours.
Lots has been spoiled about the season. Reality Steve has announced the winner, and he’s usually right. The blogger has also made a prediction for the next Bachelorette.
Steve said previously that the Bachelorette will likely not come from the top four, which would be a first, due to the third place and fourth place women’s social media presence, among other reasons.
Second place is always unlikely for the Bachelorette due to timing constraints, since filming usually begins the week that the Bachelor finale airs.
Now Steve says that the Bachelorette is likely Britt Nilson, who was in the top 6 but then eliminated herself.
“Felt there were other girls there that were a better fit for Chris, so she went home on her own,” Steve said.
“If you watch that extended preview, there is a few shots of Britt sobbing uncontrollably. At this point, my guess would be that was around the time she exited the show. I don’t know if she did it during her 1-on-1 date with Chris or later on in the episode, but I was told she eliminates herself and I have every reason to believe it’s true. It would make a hell of a lot of sense since she was a front runner, and he’d given her the group date rose the episode before, so seemingly he wanted her to stay.”
Steve says this sets Britt up nicely to be the next Bachelorette, and she seems to be the best candidate for the position.
Britt is a 27-year-old waitress who establishes a connection with Chris when they first meet by giving him a long hug, but that connection ultimately doesn’t work out.
Nilson lives in Los Angeles. The model/actress is originally from Michigan.
