Sam Forbes, 17, is autistic and he dances to help him focus. Chris Ali, a Starbucks manager in Toronto, Canada, met Forbes at a camp for autistic youth and decided to give him a chance at holding a normal job.

Forbes was told he would never be employable, but Ali helped him prove otherwise. Now, Forbes is known at the coffee shop for his bright attitude as well as his dance moves.

A video of Forbes dancing went viral and Ellen DeGeneres brought Forbes and Ali on her show in February. She also gave Forbes the gift of a trip to Japan, something he’s long wanted.

Ali is a big fan of the Toronto Raptors basketball team. The team gave him free tickets to a game and invited Ali and Forbes to meet the team.
