In an incredible rare occurrence, Australian mother Kim Tucci gave birth to one son and four daughters, becoming part of a rare club of women who have had quintuplets.
Tucci, 26, gave birth to the quintuplets last week, making her first comments over the weekend about the experience.
“The babies and I are both doing well,” she said, adding that the names for the children are Keith, Ali, Penelope, Tiffany, and Beatrix.
“Thank you for giving me an exceptional birth!” she wrote.
Photos of a very pregnant Tucci went viral in the weeks leading up to the birth.
In an earlier comment, Tucci said she and her husband were attempting to have a son to join their daughters when they were surprised to learn she was pregnant with quintuplets. Doctors estimate that naturally conceiving quintuplets (without an IVF or fertility drugs) occurs in a one in 55 million chance.

Erin Hoskins, of Erin Elizabeth Photography, took her maternity photos, which were set on a beach in Western Australia.
“Kim has carried her babies all the way into the third trimester and five healthy babies are expected to arrive any day now,” Hoskins wrote on Jan. 19. “These photos were taken at 24 weeks and she could not be more beautiful…her strength just shines through in every image. A true goddess, indeed.”
