NEW YORK—Ana Maria Estrada is a stage performer who sings and acts in musical productions. She is always seeking lessons on performance and found inspiration at the Lincoln Center Thursday evening, Jan. 6, with the first of 10 performances by the world’s premier classical Chinese dance and music company, Shen Yun Performing Arts.

“I am an actress and I always come to learn from the masters, and this has been a really incredible experience,” Ms. Estrada said.

Ms. Estrada’s mother, who hails from Peru, loved the show as much as her daughter.

“Thank you very much, it is beautiful,” she said.

Ms. Estrada was thankful for her experience at Shen Yun and praised the whole production as a masterpiece.

“It is incredible,” Ms. Estrada said.
