Seven people are missing and three dead Tuesday after rains caused flooding in the Entre Rios area of southeastern Bolivia.

Most of those missing are children from the town of Guaraní de Timboy.

The torrential downpour occurred Sunday causing the Pilcomayo river and its tributaries to overflow their banks covering whole houses with mud and leaving vegetation throughout the affected area.
