PRAGUE, Czech Republic—An IT specialist said that he thought the Chinese Spectacular was "very professional and perfectly performed."
Peter Kablka went to see the show in the Congress Centre in Prague, Czech Republic, on its opening night on Monday.
He said: "I enjoyed it very much. The ideas that were presented in the show were something that I have not seen before. I also thought that the combination of having actors alongside the large projection screen was a good idea.
"I especially enjoyed the first scene in with gods and clouds (Descent of the Celestial Kings). The scenes with drummers were also good as was the Mongolian Bowl Dance."
The Divine Performing Arts dance company, who staged the Spectacular , will play two more shows in the Czech capital on Tuesday.
Mr Kablka said: "I go to the theatre occasionally and have watched other performaces about China, some Japanese shows, and shows from other cultures. I have also watched movies and television programs about China. However, this was the first time I have seen the Spectacular live."
