TAICHUNG, Taiwan—Huang Qinwen, president of the Association for Promoting International Etiquettes, watched the Divine Performing Arts Chinese Spectacular premiere in Taichung with her niece on March 9. After watching the performance, she said that it's great to include Buddhism connotations into the show through dancing and artistic performances, and said that it "refreshes the audience's heart and mind."
" Chinese Spectacular is great—it cleanses people's mind through dancing and arts," said Huang.
"I know that the show can direct people to goodness through dancing and arts, and will have the effect of spiritual guidance. Chinese Spectacular made me focused."
From the angle of etiquettes, she said that she thinks all beautiful things "move people's heart, so whatever beautiful is good."
She said the reason she promotes etiquettes as her profession is to create a "harmonious & courteous society and to purify the soul."
"I think people should always watch something beautiful. Let beauty purify our soul, and let our life really enter the world with the truth, the good and the beautiful," said Huang.
Huang also found the costumes of international caliber and well-matched to the each of the performances.
"I will invite the members of our association to watch the show next year, so that their hearts can also be purified by the goodness of the Divine Performing Arts," Huang said.
