Five Withdrawal Statements of 20 People from All Walks of Life

May 01, 2005

A “Say Goodbye to the Communist Party” rally in Taiwan
(Epoch Times)
Statement 1

“The Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party” published overseas shocked the world for its exposé of the Communist Party’s evil nature. After reading it, I suddenly realized that the Chinese people have had one eye blinded at birth, and have only been allowed to see the world through the remaining eye. Now, the blinded eye has been given a vision, but we are not used to it; we do not even believe it. The party claims itself to be proletarian, but many of the current party members are capitalists and landlords. They say that they are models, but the serious cases of corruption and bribery all involve party members. The “Nine Commentaries” made me realize that I have been deceived by this party. Now, I wish to publish my withdrawal from the party on The Epoch Times website. Thank you.

Statement 2

I, Jiang Zhiyong, joined the Chinese Communist Party on October 31st, 2000, at the Dalian Institute of Light Industry with the sponsorship of a teacher in my department. At the time, I felt quite honored. The party secretary was suppose to provide my official evaluation on my party admission form, but not wanting the trouble, he told me to write it myself and he would sign it. He was later found out by the higher authorities and received a minor warning. My girlfriend Ying Ying joined the CCP in May 2002 at Hebei Normal University. We are good people and no longer wish to be alongside the wolves. We have both decided to withdraw from the evil CCP.

Statement 3

I am a deputy commissioner of the Housing Management Bureau in a city in China. Through my work, I have seen the Communist Party’s dark side and corruption. I thank The Epoch Times for publishing the “Nine Commentaries” that help me understand the evil nature of the Communist Party. I write this statement to withdraw from the Communist Party, the Youth League, the Youth Pioneers, and all other organizations of the CCP, thus erasing the beast’s mark and breaking away completely from the evil specter of Communism.

Statement 4

I work at a scientific research center in a county in Hebei province. Recently, after reading the “Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party,” I have thoroughly understood the darkness and corruption of the Communist Party. Now that I have found a place to express myself, many feelings that have been restrained in my heart for a long time have been freed. At my workplace, a total of 13 of my coworkers and friends have withdrawn from the Communist Party and have stopped paying the party dues for half a year, but we still need to eliminate the poison injected in us by the Communist specter. When the gods punish the Communist Party for their monstrous crimes against all humanity, we will not serve as its burial sacrifice.

Statement 5

Recently, I read on the web the “Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party”, and I was thoroughly shocked! The content of the Nine Commentaries was all so true that I was totally convinced. In the past, although I knew the Communist Party was violating people’s will, I never thought about it seriously. Especially during the last few decades, I was so focused on making money that I did not care whether the Communist Party was good or evil. In addition, On newspapers and TVs all I saw was the Communist Party’s praising of itself, and over time, I believed in the Party.

Now, I can really see that the Communist Party is holding 1.3 billion Chinese people hostage, using them to threaten all the just forces in the world. I introduced a friend to read the “Nine Commentaries” and he had similar feelings. We were both party members and felt that we definitely should renounce our party membership. We have to stop assisting the tyrant to do evil. By withdrawing from the party on The Epoch Times website, we wish to stay far away from this fast sinking ship.
