Through Sunday, Aug. 6 Fung Tu is partnering with Russ and Daughters to offer a Chinese-Jewish menu for New York Restaurant Week. From Tuesday, Aug. 1 Shake Shack is debuting a hot chicken sandwich with crispy chicken breast—marinated in buttermilk, dipped in batter, fried, and dusted with a guajillo and cayenne pepper blend—and topped with Louisiana hot sauce slaw and dill pickles. $6.79. ShakeShack.com

Thursday, Aug. 24. Tennis fans shouldn’t miss Citi Taste of Tennis, a walk-around experience where guests can enjoy bites from top chefs and mingle with tennis stars. Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto will host, with participating chefs including Bill Telepan (Oceana), Jonathan Waxman (Barbuto), Roxanne Spruance (Kingsley), and Antoine Westermann (Le Coq Rico). Ongoing The French-Italian restaurant has a new menu, including a selection of French, Italian, and American cheeses and charcuterie. The dinner menu, which is offered a la carte or as a tasting menu, features new dishes like roast poularde chicken with fingerling potatoes, spigarello kale, and piperade; tagliatelle verde with white sweetbread braise; and Scottish ocean trout with bell pepper, blood orange, and carrot coulis.
