Ongoing I Ravioli is the newest takeaway counter at Eataly Downtown, where you can pick from a variety of freshly made ravioli: the Il Classico, with ricotta and spinach filling in a cherry tomato and basil sauce ($11.80); the Piselli with pea, mint, and pecorino romano filling in an asparagus and Parmigiano Reggiano sauce ($12.80); and prosciutto di Parma with a sauce of the day, which can range from carbonara to Capon broth reduction with butter and thyme ($13.80). Ongoing Chef Ayesha Nurdjaja is switching up the menu at Hundred Acres with a Mediterranean- and Middle Eastern-inspired feast, starting with mezze such as whipped feta and pistachio, beet hummus, or fried oysters with za’atar yogurt. The featured mains are kebabs served on large metal skewers, including pork kofta (meatball), shawarma spiced chicken, and grilled shrimp, lamb, swordfish, or sirloin steak.
