At the new elevated friterie 375°, chef and partner Stephane Lemagnen is subjecting his fries first to steaming and then to two rounds of frying before topping them with sauces made in-house. Among the 16 sauces are Green Pineapple Curry, Gorgonzola Mayo, Thai Nut, and White Truffle Mayo. There are also loaded fries, such as the Okonomiyaki with Kewpie mayo, okonomi sauce, bonito flakes, nori furikake, pickled ginger, and scallions; or the Swedish Poutine with meatballs and gravy, cheddar cheese curds, lingonberry jam, and parsley. Potato chips, made in-house, are also sold in the store, and a potato chip-flavored soft serve ice cream is in the works for summer.
