World Cup 2014: US Athletes Following Team USA In Social Media

The U.S. is set to take on Portugal for their 2nd match of the 2014 FIFA World Cup.

After Germany’s draw with Ghana, a win would place the U.S. firmly into the knockout rounds. With Portugal’s Christiano Ronaldo ailing, the U.S. certainly has a chance to do so, which would be huge for USA soccer especially considering Group G’s reputation as ‘The Group of Death’.

The former six-time Pro Bowler is now playing in the CFL, but it’s nice to know he’s still rooting for the states.

In case you missed it here, Kobe Bryant is actually currently following the World Cup live in Brazil.
