UFO-Sightings 10,000 Years Ago?

“Ancient Aliens” on the History Channel has gained much attention, with nearly 700,000 “likes” on Facebook. Some say artifacts from across the world provide evidence that our ancestors had contact with travelers from space. Cave paintings as old as 10,000 years in Valcamonica, Italy, show people wearing what might be space suits.

Mysterious stone disks estimated to be 10,000 to 12,000 years old are said to have been inscribed with detailed accounts of a UFO landing. Here’s a look at some of the evidence that may point to ancient alien encounters.

    1. Flying Machines in Ancient Indian Lore

Sanskrit texts and sculptures from Ancient India make many references to flying machines, known as Vimanas, said to have brought otherworldly beings to Earth.

In Piska Nagri village, in Jharkahnd State, India, geologist Nitish Priyadarshi has been studying large footprints carved thousands of years ago that, according to local lore, may signify the presence of gods from the sky landing on site. What Priyadarshi finds interesting is the engraved image of a flying object next to the footprints.

“The footprints and the flying object are on the same piece of rock on each other’s side. Maybe they were engraved to show that the two king gods arrived at the place on a flying object,” Priyadarshi told Epoch Times last year. For more, see the Epoch Times article “India: Footprints in Rock Evidence of Ancient People From Sky?”

    2. Peru’s Nazca Desert

In the 1920s, when aircraft began to fly over the Nazca desert in Peru, aviators were stunned by what they observed—colossal figures etched in the ground stretching more than 50 miles, some measuring 600 feet across. They are believed to have been etched between 300 B.C. and 800 A.D. Archaeologists and anthropologists are still stumped by them.

Some say the people who made them must have had guidance from the sky. Some have said painstaking planning could have worked without such assistance. Why the people would create such huge glyphs only to be appreciated from the sky remains a mystery.

One of the massive geoglyphs has been dubbed an “astronaut.” Others depict animals and geometric shapes.

    3. Dropas of Ancient China

In 1938, hundreds of stone discs chronicling alien encounters were found in the caves of the Baian-Kara-Ula mountains in China, according to the International Society for the Research and Preservation of Paranormal Artifacts (ISRPPA). ISRPPA’s research is presented by Lehigh University in Pennsylvania, and ISRPPA describes itself as a non-profit organization comprised of archaeologists, paleontologists, students, and scholars.

The discs were estimated to be 10,000 to 12,000 years old, and they were found during an expedition led by Dr. Chi Pu Tei. The hieroglyphics on the discs told of spaceships crashing in the mountains, piloted by people called the “Dropa.”

ISRPPA gives an excerpt from translations by Dr. Tsum Um Nui: “The Dropas came down from the clouds in their aircraft. The men, women, and children of the neighboring peoples hid in the caves ten times before sunrise. When at last they understood the sign language of the Dropas, they realized that the newcomers had peaceful intentions.”

Though the discs were said to have been stored in museums across China, with some sent to the USSR for analysis, the discs seem to have disappeared. ISRPPA could not track them down, but it did find a photo taken in a museum in Cen, south of Guangzhou, before the disks were removed from the museum’s display.

MORE: Space Aliens Live Quietly Among Us, Say Some Scientists and Officials

    • HeyJude

Our entire world history is steeped in these reports. We make the mistake of relegating what has been left to us as “myth.” Our ancestors left us huge amounts of information, they chronicled and captured in art all of the things going on around them. Why do we insist on believing that they were only interested in making up fictional tales and completely ignored writing their real history? I believe they were tellling us in the best way they knew how, exactly what was going on in their lives. 5,000 years from now, will the people of Earth (if there are any left) look at our history and deem everything fiction and myth? The writings and artifacts left all over this earth tell the same tale…many different cultures and people separated by impassable distances, all telling us the same things.

        Psssfffssssst

        • HeyJude

Hiya 002! How has your weekend been? Will you be a SuperBowl watcher tonight? I’ve been so busy all weekend haven’t had a chance to come on here, nice to see *your* Monsta cat face now that I have. :-)

          • rg9rts

Nah I’ll sleep through it like always Taps and I had a ball this morning talking about Pern.

            • HeyJude

OK, it’s the next morning….everyone slept through it. LOL I’m not a football watcher, either, but did watch this with the spouse. Bruno Mars was great…talented kid, I like him. How’d ya get Taps in a pern discussion???? Ha!

            • rg9rts

malta spelled dolphin , dolfin so I chimed in about only on Pern and was surprised when both apogee perigee and taps jumped on the thread. A really fun time talking female lead characters that are strong and complete.

            • HeyJude

Ha! That is a most enjoyable aspect of all our chatting here, you just never know where the conversation will take you! Like, hey…I found another Triangle UFO witness on that other article…he had a fascinating sighting. I get so excited when I find someone who has seen what I have…it’s an obsession. :-) I know that there are folks who will think I’m nuts, but I’m not, so finding others as back up is great.

            • rg9rts

You looking at snow sweetie?? I’m on the edge but not Wednesday or next Sunday

            • HeyJude

I sure am, darlin’. A fresh 2-3 inches out there from overnight. I’m supposed to go to work this morning, but we’ll see. The privilege of business ownership…I am a paperwork and records arm, so I can choose to do it today, or tomorrow or Wed. if that is better. :-)
On the edge? You didn’t get any yet?

            • rg9rts

Nothing but the city stations are showing heavy snow down there. Wednesday they predict at least 6 of heavy wet stuff.Closing schools left and right here

            • HeyJude

(Sigh) I’m already tired of fighting it every other day. Yesterday was so warm that I saw my lawn for the first time in 2 weeks, now it’s covered again. I haven’t even looked ahead to see what else is coming.

            • rg9rts

Tired of it too. Spring sproing in my mailbox with all the seed catalogues

            • HeyJude

Do you do a garden every year? I do a small one, and try to incorporate one never before tried for fun each year. There are some I just won’t do….peas and beans take up too much space, my broccoli looked beautiful but tasted horrible. On the other hand, great success with eggplants and banana peppers. :-)

            • rg9rts

Yes so does Feisty and Cougar. maybe we should form a garden chat corner! LOL try pole beans for space saving bean plot. Put in greek oregano a perennial and it has a great minty flavor. last years experiment was horse radish which I’ll harvest is April. Do cukes on a fence. they are natural climbers. I have trouble with flea beetles on my eggplant.

            • HeyJude

Garden parties! Sounds good. I’m experimenting with asparagus, no wonder it is expensive, it takes about 4 years to get a good yield. This is year 3 for me, I expect to get just a few bigger stalks than last year. Gotta be patient with those. My “surprise” yield was watermelons in the manure pile. The horses LOVE watermelon, and of course do not digest the seeds. So they end up in a VERY fertilized area, great fun to have huge watermelons growing out of the pile, totally unintended. They were actually pretty good!
OK, it is 6:30…and if I am going to attempt to go to work today, I need to get muckety mucking so I can get cleaned up to go and be out the door soon. Have a great day, rg! Catch up with you later. :-)

            • rg9rts

Talk to you later want to get to shoprite before the snow

            • Tiamat333

It was my pleasure to back you up. The cover-up is dug in like an Alabama tick for nearly 7 decades now and yes it all likely started in a big way back in Roswell in 1947. People just don’t follow thru on their critical thinking skills these days. When intelligence officers from Walker Air Force Base examined the mysterious debris in a farmer’s field they knew what they were seeing was not of human origin. Yet the very next day the Pentagon steps in and claims their own crack intelligence officers, from the largest SAC base with bombers loaded with nukes on 24hr. alert, couldn’t tell the difference between weather balloon debris and alien wreckage. Truly pathetic.

            • HeyJude

I know…that just never seems to register with so many when buying into the weather ballon explanation. A debris field with scarred earth from a balloon? Ridiculous. Jesse Marcel, Jr. has always claimed that his father Jesse Sr. had to choke back his outrage at having to hold pieces of weather balloon for that picture, and that none of that display was any of the real wreckage he saw and handled. To be a good soldier he had to humiliate himself by appearing to not know what a weather balloon looked like, along with all the others. The whole “mogul” explanation years later never held up, either…that was a complete fabrication. I’m still waiting for them to explain the Phoenix Lights, too. Everyone who saw it knows what they saw.

            • Tiamat333

If I remember correctly, didn’t they drop some flares in a triangular pattern and then claim after the fact that this is what people actually saw?

            • HeyJude

Yes, they certainly did. After claiming what was seen was not them, they did drop flares later and said “oh, yes, training exercises. Sorry, it was us.” Completely ignoring the fact that the military does not drop flares over major metropolitan areas, and that it was seen for 400 miles up and down AZ. I don’t know why they bothered, that was as lame as swamp gas. They just don’t seem to care if it’s an explanation that fits or not anymore, as long as they deny and get enough people to buy into it.

            • Tiamat333

Yeah, like people can’t tell the difference between flares and a solid craft with lights that is blotting out the stars. If we keep it up, people like us can eventually help to bring on a paradigm shift as more and more people get tired of being lied to and having their intelligence insulted.

            • HeyJude

I hope so. :-) I totally lose patience with the coverup and pathetic “debunking” . The US is totally committed, it seems, to never acknowledging…but I do have hope that other country’s openness will have some effect. Belgium did not try to cover up their event at all, even the Iranians were completely open about their pilot’s experiences. I have read that many European countries DO insist their pilots report sightings for national security and air safety concerns. Which is what EVERYONE should do. The fact that we threaten our pilots with career loss and character assassination if they report an anomoly is putting everyone in danger. If something is in their airspace and they can’t report it? Crazy, crazy policy. What exactly are we protecting/afraid of?

      • RockyMissouri

And ancient people had contact with each other, LONG BEFORE we ever thought possible.

        • HeyJude

I agree, Rocky. I should have put “impassable distances” in these quotes, too. I am fascinated by the artifacts and art that depict different races of people in areas where we try to say they never were able to reach. Tall, blond blue eyed people in Peru, African people depicted in Mexico, etc. They appear there very long before our history says they could have done that.

    • Spoodle

Re: the Nazca lines. My vote is that they’re tribute or communication to the gods. The heavens are usually where the gods dwell, and sun, moon and sky have all been subjects of worship. As mentioned, this is the only perspective from which they can be viewed. So why would we favour aliens as an explanation.

    • lovedocs

Amazing, it must be true, I read about the other real alien artifacts on coolinterestingstuff.com.

    • MichaelHorn

Why look to the past when the contacts are still ongoing (more than 70 years) with Billy Meier in Switzerland AND his clear as can be UFO photos and films have recently been authenticated, search for:

Can You…SEE what You’re Looking At? (Part 2)

      …at theyfly website.

    • Mike

We have a history that is peeking at us from behind a curtain and is guarded quite well by mainstream belief systems.

    • http://ranchero42.wordpress.com/ ranchero42

If I saw it on Murdoch’s History channel, it -must- be true. If I read it all on the internet first, it gots to be even truer than that — it’s true as s***.

      • Mike

It’s not about anything being true or not. It’s about looking at history with broader vision and being ready to learn something we didn’t know before. The moment we close our minds to possibility for ANY reason… then what channel you choose to watch has no bearing whatsoever.

        • http://ranchero42.wordpress.com/ ranchero42

Thank goodness somebody responded — for a while I wasn’t entirely sure whether I had posted to the -future- or the -past-?

Which spiral arm of the galaxy are -you- posting from?

          • Mike

Expecting an intelligent, civil discussion in this day and age was really rather silly, wasn’t it?

            Oh well.

            • http://ranchero42.wordpress.com/ ranchero42

Civil is never impossible. Intelligent? On this topic? Aren’t you just a -tad- too optimistic? Maybe someday — here’s hoping it may happen yet.

Uh, I mean — howdy neighbor! We are all featherless bipeds here, too!

            • Mike

Approach. Respect. Dialogue. (ARD – Which the late magazine, ‘Heavy Metal’ turned into an anti-character of that name). Those are the three rules to civil, informed exchange.

History is not set in stone, even though it often is found there. We are not as smart as we like to think we are… no more than we were each and every time our proclaimed intelligence and assumptions had to be set aside for new understanding.

A little over a century ago, heavier-than-air powered flight was impossible even months after it had been achieved. What will we know in another century and how many will laugh at us in retrospect?

Howdy neighbor… you tell me :)

            • http://ranchero42.wordpress.com/ ranchero42

I’m thinking it’s safe to assume those paragraphs built up to that final question for a reason — the answer, of course; is — “depends on how many more Pauly Shore productions are deemed necessary to force the Academy to break down and hand him an Oscar®?”

            • Mike

You can label (or libel) as you choose. I have no wish to argue.
If you ever choose a mature and informed dialogue, I’ll be glad to engage. Seriously. Best… have a nice day :)

            • http://ranchero42.wordpress.com/ ranchero42

I see. Well, as far as -libel- goes, I generally find myself in good company; or at the very least — not exactly a pioneer. Or at the very least; I’ll never admit otherwise.

So, as per inferred request; something more topical — this time in the form of a question to Peyton Manning: “Which is better — being picked-off, or being picked-on?”

            • Mike

Best wishes to you and your preferred company… I think.

As I said… ever get the urge to have honest, civil dialogue, I’ll be more than happy. I suspect there is more to you than the silly facade.

    • UFO Think Tank

The Alien’s called Dropa’s have not left Our Solar System and evidence can be found in phyical evidence to UFO sightings found on the Internet today. One only need’s to look at STS Shuttle mission or Space Station video’s to view UFO’s with the Hole’s in the middle, Dropa stones, Sumarian writings, the Bible, abductions and anything Alien.
      The Dropa’s have also been called Nephilim /ˈnɛfɨˌlɪm/ were the offspring of the “sons of God” and the ” daughters of men” according to Genesis 6:4;

The complete story of the Dropa can be found in Sumarian carvings and writings as well as the Bible telling of large men with beards and hat’s that denote their God rank in the Dropa race.

The Sumarian writing states the Dropa were Master’s of DNA creating a mixed or pure species and upgrading the human DNA. The Dropa also created the Gray’s that have no inherent mode of reproduction lacking sexual organs or reproductive tracts and can be immunized against diseases. The Dropa’s realized that interactions with humans and living on Earth represented serious health consequences such as diseases and aging. Living in Space and moving all the time (Einstein’s theory of Relativity) for one means you can live for 10,000 years and with genetic manipulations of genes maybe even a 100,000 years.

So, living on Earth for long periods was out of the question for the Dropa, hence the creation of the biological robots the Grays.

Evidence is very abundant showing the Dropa’s are living continuously in Earth Solar System now and have been for at least 12,000 years.

The Sumarian Written story is that the Dropa arrived from outside our Universe as Dimensional visitors who traveled to earth in search of Gold. While here on Earth they found the women beautiful then having sex with them according to Sumarian writing and the Bible Account. The Dropa were Banished to our Hologram Universe by God for mixing with Humans, a direct violation. Now the Dropa can not travel back to Heaven to their Home of origins. The gateway out of our Dimension is closed as told in the Bible and that God had banished them to this Hell?

The story is very intriguing and has merit both in Sumarian and Biblical accounts that one can find clear statements of these facts.

The evidence for the Dropa’s being in our Solar system is right in front of our faces, we don’t have to look far to find it in our everyday life, they are everywhere?
