Paul Walker and Vin Diesel in Ongoing Feud Before Walker’s Death: Reports

Paul Walker, who died on November 30, was in an ongoing feud with “Fast & Furious” co-star Vin Diesel, reports claim.

The feud reportedly developed while the pair were negotiating contracts for the fourth installment of the popular film series.

A source told the National Enquirer, a tabloid, that Vin Diesel, who was a producer on the film in addition to being one of the actors, “made a major cash-grab.”

“Paul said Vin was a ‘bully,’ and he had to fight Vin for every little thing in his contract,” the source claimed. “It got so bad that Paul brought his entire business and legal team along every time they had a business meeting. During their negotiations, Paul complained that Vin was standoffish and even borderline sinister.”

Sources added to ShowBizSpy that Vin Diesel’s claims that he and Walker were like brothers are not true.

“Paul was close to several people on the set, but they were cameramen, stuntmen and other production people Paul genuinely liked,” said one of the sources. “He tried to keep his feuding with Vin out of the public eye for the good of the franchise, but when the cameras were off, Paul avoided him like the plague.”

A source claimed that Walker’s “true friends” are upset with “Vin’s hypocrisy,” because “they know how nasty he was to Paul when Paul was alive.”

But a source also told the National Enquirer that Diesel “has told friends he hates himself for feuding with Paul and feels terribly guilty about how he treated Paul while he was alive.”

“Vin is shattered over Paul’s death,” a purported friend of Walker’s said.

“He’s broken down in tears several times and said he wishes Paul would just walk in the door, tell him this was all a bad dream and forgive him.”

Diesel recently shared a photo of himself and Walker in a scene from “Fast & Furious 7,” saying that it was the last scene they had filmed together and that “There was a unique sense of completion, of pride we shared… in the film we were now completing… the magic captured… and, in just how far we’ve come…”

The actor said in previous posts that Brian O’Conner, Walker’s character, was a brother “on and off screen,” and that Walker had a “profound impact” on everyone, including Vin Diesel. Diesel also said that he flew back to Walker’s mother’s house when he heard of the death.

“I thought they needed my strength, but realized when I got there and broke down before his family, that it was I who needed theirs,” he said. “His mother hugged me and said I am so sorry… I said sorry? You’re the mother who lost a son?… She said yes, but you lost your other half.”

Paul Walker Named One of Top Charitable Celebrities of 2013

      Oh come on, that’s BS.
Paul Walker didn’t care about money, he even bought a $10,000 engagement ring for a total stranger. All he wanted was to be able to support his daughter, his cars and his charity Reach Out Worldwide, that’s all he cared about.
I don’t believe for a second that he would have started a fued with Vin Diesel of all people over a paycheck.

I know paul didnt care about money this is BS but maybe some of it was true its wierd Paul Doesnt Only Follow Vin On Instagram from Fast Cast!! Even the new girl thats suppose to be in FF7 natalie!!! Just Saying

I noticed that too, Natalie is the last person Paul followed on twitter. I think the first person Paul followed on twitter was Tyrese NOT Vin. There is even a video of an interview he did with Jordana and they talk about how Vin was different due to him being a producer. This would not surprise me one bit. I know this story is not from a reliable source, but there are bits and pieces of information that could make this story true. It’s just unfortunate now that Paul has passed on and Vin can’t reconcile. He let greed/power get in the way. As for the comment below from “N.” and “GypsyWoman”. Paul may have not been a greedy or materialistic person, but how do you go about supporting your child, or interests?? You work and make money to fuel those other ventures. Duh! As Paul said “I work to live, not the other way around”. Therefore, Paul negotiating his contract makes sense when you think about the business aspect of the industry. He probably just wanted to be treated fairly and recognized. If that meant that he wanted fair pay then so be it. It wasn’t like he was trying to take over the franchise. All in all, it’s just a sad situation for everyone involved. That’s why people say don’t wait to tell someone you love them. You never know when it may be the last time you say it. Also, try not to hold grudges or end a call (conversation) with someone on an angry note because you don’t want that to be the last place you left off with them before they go. It’s just so sad. RIP Paul & Roger

Vin Diesel doesn’t have Twitter nor Instagram. He only uses Facebook. The other two must’ve been fake.

I call Bull! National Enquire? Really? Aren’t they the tabloid that reports dumb stories like 3 headed dogs and the abdominal snowman who had dinner with Bill Clinton? I never read their crap and I for one would never believe this story of Paul and Vin. I love Paul Walker and have been crushed over his death and hearing this story just disgusts me. He’s gone, let him rest in peace and stop disrespecting with tabloids like this! Paul was a great man and doesn’t deserve to have his name thrown around like this for publicity reasons. I always stick to “Don’t believe everything you hear and only half of what you see”. God bless you and your family Paul <3 love you.

    • Michelle Lavoie

That is such BS. Can’t believe anything you read anymore.
