The daughter of one of the most powerful drug cartels in Mexico was arrested in San Diego, it was reported Tuesday.

Alejandrina Gisselle Guzman Salazar, the 31-year-old daughter of Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman—the leader of the Sinaloa Federation cartel—told U.S. authorities at San Ysidro that she was his daughter, according to The Associated Press.

A criminal complaint filed in the case said that his daughter is pregnant, and that she wanted to deliver the baby in the United States, reported CNN. But Guzman Salazar did not have legal documents to enter the United States.

The Sinaloa cartel, formed in 1989, has been called the world’s largest and most powerful drug trafficking organization. With the recent killing of Los Zetas cartel leader Heriberto Lazcano, Guzman is now likely considered the most wanted drug criminal in Mexico.

The Homeland Security Department is investigating Guzman Salazar to find out if there are any additional charges against her.
