In all 15 divers competed for four spots in the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series 2012. The four who qualified for the World Series were David Colturi (USA), Blake Aldridge (Great Britain), Steven LoBue (USA), and Jorge Ferzuli (Mexico). Paredes finished 11th.
