Aaron Frishkorn, a student at York College in Pennsylvania, has been found by police on Wednesday in Canada.

Police told Fox that Frishkorn, 21, was likely missing because he is a person of interest in a felony theft case.

Canadian police started looking for him when he didn’t show up for a meeting on Monday to discuss the theft of $10,000 from the student sport management association.

“It was very atypical of Aaron to miss meetings and class,” Mary Dolheimer, a college spokeswoman, told the York Daily Record.

Frishkorn crossed the border on Monday afternoon.

Frishkorn is a sports management major.

The York City Police Department said that the investigation into Frishkorn being missing has been closed and the general alarm has been canceled. “Any further information will be released at a later time,” it said.
