I learnt recently that from June 2011 the online U.S. non-immigrant visa application, Form DS-160, requires the following information from the applicant: “Have you ever been directly involved in the coercive transplantation of human organs or bodily tissue?”
I was amazed by this news. To me it shows that the U.S. government has acknowledged the guilt of the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) crime of harvesting the organs of living Falun Gong practitioners. It indicates that the U.S. government not only admits the existence of the CCP’s crime of organ harvesting, but also has taken some action to say “No” against the crime, at least to some degree.
For those who don’t believe the crime of organ harvesting, the action of the U.S. government is clearly an eye opener.
For all those police, doctors, and other officials in China who once participated, or are still participating in this criminal activity, the news will be disturbing.
If perpetuators of illegal organ harvesting and their accomplices are going to be ineligible to obtain U.S. visas, where can the family of those Chinese officials go?
One recourse for them might be to admit their guilt and assist in supplying the facts to the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG) or other organizations.
The spokesman of the WOIPFG, Wang Zhiyuan, said that an armed guard who witnessed the process of a living Falun Gong practitioner’s organs being harvested took the initiative to expose the crime to the WOIPFG. While the organization was wondering whether to publicize his voice recording, and considering his safety, he himself requested the recording be made public. Clearly, being witness to such an atrocity had been weighing on his conscience. Following one’s conscience may be a way out for these people.
It indicates that the U.S. government not only admits the existence of the CCP’s crime of organ harvesting, but also has taken some action to say “No” against the crime, at least to some degree.

The following two more items in Form DS-160 again point to issues related to the Chinese regime:
“Have you, while serving as a government official, been responsible for or directly carried out, at any time, particularly severe violations of religious freedom?”
“Have you ever been directly involved in the establishment or enforcement of the population controls forcing a woman to undergo an abortion against her free choice or a man or a woman to undergo sterilization against his or her free will?”
I have speculated before that Wang Lijun must have handed over documents as evidence of live organ harvesting to the United States authorities when he was in the U.S. consulate in Chengdu in early February. Once the U.S. government chooses to publicize such evidence, things will be serious.
It appears that the U.S. government has now taken some action diplomatically. That is, it has recorded the acknowledgement of the existence of such a crime, and its disapproval of it, but has avoided confrontation and conflict with the Chinese regime.
This news will have to be widely publicized so that fear can be instilled in all those still involved in live organ harvesting, and participating in the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. If they stop immediately and do not participate in the persecution anymore, both persecuted Falun Gong practitioners and also the criminals themselves will benefit, since these are crimes condemned by both human and the Heavens.
