A shooting reportedly took place at Barbara Jordan High School in Houston, Texas, on Thursday morning, according to preliminary reports.
News 92 FM reported that an officer fired shots at the high school.
The Houston Chronicle elaborated that police were pursuing a car when the shooting took place outside the school.
It is unclear if there were any injuries.
Other details were not made clear.
A local, Tonya Bradley, said via Twitter: “Houston, there’s something going on at Barbara Jordan High School - several police cars on the scene.”
