AUGUSTA, Ga.—The audience braved a cold winter night and warnings of worse weather to come to attend the Bell Auditorium in Augusta, Ga. for the second showing of the New York-based Shen Yun Performing Arts.

Among the audience was Mr. Ron Lee, a fine arts photographer who has a most appreciative eye for this world class show.

"Photography is my medium, so I'm an artist. I exhibit in galleries and museums and private collections and airports and things like that."

He was deeply impressed with "The consistency [in the show]. In my medium, in photography, I understand consistent technique. The technique and consistency was immaculate. It was very calibrated and very precise."

The show's performers were accompanied throughout the performance by an orchestra incorporating Eastern and Western instruments, bringing a tonal quality to the show rarely heard and giving it a quality that audiences throughout the world will not forget easily.

"The tonal quality was very exceptional. The blending was in sync. There was this continuous tone and continuous movement," Mr. Lee said.

After some thought he said that there was "continuous flow. It worked—all the different instruments, all the different cultures, and all the different musicians. Singers and performers made a very unique flowing movement which was very visual."
