Philips Dutch Union to Chinese Workers: Solidarity-Call Us

I am responding to your article ‘Police Break Strike at Philips in Shenzhen.’ On behalf of the Dutch Philips Employees and trade union organization FNV we want to offer our support to the Chinese workers.

They can contact us in The Netherlands where Philips is headquartered. With the Chinese workforce we want to resolve the problem and start a dialogue with Philips about workers’ involvement.

Freedom of organization or negotiation has to be guaranteed by Philips. We will protest in The Netherlands about Philips’ behavior in China.
