Simple Salsa

5 medium tomatoes diced or 1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes
1 bunch fresh cilantro, stemmed and chopped
Juice from 2 fresh limes
1 sweet onion, diced
2–3 jalapeño peppers diced
1/2 teaspoon salt

In a food processor, put all ingredients and blend. Add extra salt and juice if needed.
