RIO DE JANEIRO—Brazilian oil workers ended a five-day strike on Friday after reaching a deal with state-run oil firm Petrobras over working conditions and benefits, the strike leader said.

Joao Antonio de Moraes, coordinator of the strike for the oil workers' umbrella union, said four days of talks with the company ended on Friday afternoon with concessions by the company on all of their key demands.

He said workers would return to their posts Friday.
