A graphic designer praised the technique of Shen Yun's performers as well as the message the show brings.
Mr. Maitland directed special praise to Tia Zhang, a choreographer and company manager of the New York company of Shen Yun Performing Arts.
Shen Yun Performing Arts finished its opening night show to resounding applause in downtown Toronto.
“I can say the message that it has is definitely [one] that everyone should carry with them for the rest of their lives,” said Mr. Vallarino.
“I thought it was quite delightful, profound, and had a great message that I was happy to receive."
By encouraging their members to see Shen Yun, the Retired Teachers of Ontario also wanted to help these kids who might not have otherwise had the opportunity to see it.
