Oscar Award winner Burt Dalton was among the audience who enjoyed Shen Yun Performing Arts at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion of the Music Center Sunday evening, Feb. 7.
Highly acclaimed Shen Yun Performing Arts performed once again in Los Angeles on the evening of Sunday, Feb 7.
"The orchestra is a big reason why I came to this show. I love real instruments. It’s beautiful," Mr. Davey said.
The little girl was on the mind of Ms. Hernandez when she said, "I know, she was beautiful."
"I find that when you watch them, you completely believe what they are doing, as if they are performers from another plane of existence.”
“The music was excellent. I liked the combination of traditional Chinese instrument along with Western orchestration."
"The technique, exceptional technique and the super extension that they have, the hyper-extension of the dancers is fantastic."
"I think this is beautiful. I mean, it's just exquisite. Precision, and you know, the standard is very, very high."
Ms. Thompson said, "Everything seemed like it told a story and it was complete in itself."
Mr. Hlinka was moved by Shen Yun. "It will take me a while to calm down. I get all excited—emotionally," he said.
