A fire is burning along Highway 24 on Thursday outside of Oakland.
The fire is on the side of Highway 24 near the Lafayette BART station in Lafayette, California, reported KTVU.
The highway runs from the I-580/I-980 interchange in Oakland to the I-680 junction in Walnut Creek, passing through Alameda and Contra Costa Counties.
