ATLANTA—On Saturday the New York-based Shen Yun Performing Arts performed their matinee for a delighted audience at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre in rain-swept Atlanta, GA.

Ms. Forehand, a security director in downtown Atlanta, told The Epoch Times at intermission that she decided to see the performance because she thought the brochure looked really nice, and seeing the first half she felt it was a good decision. She said she was extremely impressed by the show's choreography.

“The choreography is exceptional, exceptional! The dancers, and the precision, and the shear beauty. I don’t think I’ve seen anything quite as beautiful in my life. And the colorful costuming is second to none, and I’ve seen a lot. It’s actually gorgeous, absolutely gorgeous. Everybody should get a chance to see this.”

She said she was also finding the spiritual nature of the show touching.

“That’s what surprised me and impressed me as well, because that’s something that I wasn’t expecting and very pleased with because I’m a spiritual person and I really was touched by that.”

She added that she liked the program layout, “it gives a little synopsis of each little vignette so it’s really easy to follow that way and it’s just really nice, really nice, well done, well done!"
