Hawaii Gov. Josh Green said that the number of individuals reported as missing in the devastating wildfire on Maui may drop to less than 100.

House Republicans are demanding explanations from Hawaiian Electric and other stakeholders regarding the recent deadly fires in Maui.

President Joe Biden went to pay his respects for the victims of the fires in Maui, but for many it was too little too late. Many criticized the late response, and say the support for victims has not been adequate.

Reports are coming stating that several Maui residents received no warning prior to the wildfires which ravaged their neighborhoods and killed dozens.

The wildfires took the island residents by surprise with the disaster leaving behind building rubble and burnt cars on what were busy streets.
